For those who know her personally and professionally, they agree that she has definitely never failed to plan and as a result has succeeded to the top and far beyond what most only dream possible in the most competitive and ever-changing real estate industry.

Elaine has been a real estate broker in the local Clear Lake Bay Area area for over 20 years.  She is a self-made all time success story.  With a small amount of money to start her real estate business she faced many obstacles and challenges.  Through perseverance and determination combined with old fashioned hard work she achieved and earned the respect and recognition of the industry. 

Elaine spent over 13 years with a franchise label and owned two remax offices for approximately five years.  Faced with renewing the franchise for another five year "tour of duty" or finally branching out on her own, Elaine Marak realized it was time to move to the next level.  She restructured her business to form ELAINE MARAK REAL ESTATE in Fall of 2006 leaving the franchise label behind Elaine finally free to focus on just her personal real estate business and sales.  Those who know her best knew that the day would eventually come because she was already the top name for selling real estate in the Clear Lake / Bay Area, League City and South Shore Harbour Communities including Kemah to San Leon and Highway 288 Corridor from Pearland to Rosharon, Alvin, Manvel and other Ranch Area Communities.

Over the past 20 years, the industry has consistently honored Elaine with the highest awards given to real estate professionals including awards in which she received for the 7^th consecutive year.  She was also awarded the Hall of Fame in 2001 and was honored again at the State Capito in Austin, Texas with a Lifetime Achievement Award.  Few real estate agents have or will ever see such honors in their lifetime or career.  During the past decade, Houston has honored Elaine as one of the Top Residential real estate agents at their annual ‘Houston Business Journal’s Top 25 Real Estate Professionals’ ceremony for Houston and surrounding areas including The Woodlands, Sugarland and Clear Lake.  Rising to the 13^th position for 2005 in one of the largest cities in the United States is no mere feat and comes as no surprise to those who know Elaine well.
